kanyadan anudan yojana Maharashtra – महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सोशल जस्टिस अँड स्पेशल असिस्टंट डिपार्टमेंट गव्हर्मेंट ऑफ महाराष्ट्र (SJSA) म्हणजेच सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष सहाय्य विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन योजना सुरू झाली आहे. या योजनेचे नाव कन्यादान अनुदान योजना असे आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत जे दांपत्य सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळ्यामध्ये 2023 24 सालात लग्न करणार आहेत त्यांना महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडून अनुदान म्हणून वीस हजार रुपये त्यांच्या पालकांना मिळणार आहेत. यासाठी विवाह करणाऱ्या दांपत्यापैकी एक जण हा अनुसूचित जाती जमाती, भटक्या विमुक्त जाती, धनगर किंवा वंजारी जातीचा असणे किंवा विशेष मागास प्रवर्गांमधील किंवा इतर मागास प्रवर्गातील असणे आवश्यक आहे.

काय आहे ही कन्यादान अनुदान योजना? (kanyadan anudan yojana Maharashtra)

 

• कन्यादान अनुदान योजने अंतर्गत 2023 24 या वर्षासाठी म्हणून समाज कल्याण विभागाचे सहाय्यक आयुक्त यांच्याकडून अर्ज मागविण्यात आलेले आहेत.
• या योजनेअंतर्गत सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळ्यामध्ये लग्न करणाऱ्या वधूच्या पालकांना वीस हजार रुपये अनुदान म्हणून मिळतात.
• तर विवाह सोहळ्या च्या संस्थेस प्रति व्यक्ती (वधू, वर) ४ हजार रुपये मिळतात.
• २०२३-२४ मध्ये लग्न करणाऱ्या वधू-वरांकरिता 29 फेब्रुवारी च्या आत मध्ये अर्ज  समाज कल्याण विभागाने मागविले आहे.

What is this kanyadan subsidy scheme?

• Applications are invited from the Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare Department for the year 2023-24 under Kanyadan grant scheme.
• Under this scheme, the parents of the bride getting married in a community marriage ceremony get Rs.20,000 as subsidy.
• Whereas the organization of the marriage ceremony gets 4 thousand rupees per person (bride, groom).
• The social welfare department has called for applications by February 29 for brides and grooms getting married in 2023-24.

1. वधू आणि वर हे दोघेही महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे रहिवासी असणे आवश्यक आहे.
2. वधू आणि वर या दोघांपैकी एक जण हा अनुसूचित जाती जमाती, भटक्या विमुक्त जाती, धनगर किंवा वंजारी जातीचा असणे किंवा विशेष मागास प्रवर्गांमधील किंवा इतर मागास प्रवर्गातील असणे आवश्यक आहे.
3. महिलेचे या अगोदर लग्न झाले असेल आणि आता विधवा असेल तर तिच्या दुसऱ्या लग्नासाठी सुद्धा हे अनुदान मिळेल. (घटस्फोटीत करिता नाही)
4. या विवाह सोहळ्याची झालेली नोंदणी ही स्वयंसेवी संस्था अथवा यंत्रणा, स्थानिक नोंदणी अधिनियम 1960 आणि सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त अधिनियम 1850 नुसार झालेली असणे आवश्यक आहे.
5. ज्या सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळ्यामध्ये वधू वर लग्न करत आहे त्यामध्ये किमान दहा दांपत्ये (पती-पत्नी) मिळून सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळा होणे गरजेचे आहे.
6. सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळ्यातील एकूण येणारे सर्व अर्ज हे विवाह होण्याच्या अगोदरच पंधरा दिवस अगोदर समाज कल्याण विभागाच्या सहाय्यक आयुक्त कार्यालयामध्ये जमा करणे आवश्यक आहे.

 

Kanyadan Subsidy Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Both bride and groom must be residents of Maharashtra state.
2. Both the bride and the groom must belong to Scheduled Tribe, Nomadic Caste, Dhangar or Vanjari caste or belong to Special Backward Classes or Other Backward Classes.
3. If a woman has been married before and is now a widow, this grant will also be available for her second marriage. (does not apply to divorce)
4. The registration of this marriage ceremony must be done by a voluntary organization or body, in accordance with the Local Registration Act 1960 and the Public Trustee Act 1850.
5. In the community marriage ceremony in which the bride is marrying the groom, at least ten couples (husband and wife) must have a community marriage ceremony.
6. All applications for community marriages must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare at least fifteen days prior to the marriage.

2. वधू  यांचे ओळखपत्र म्हणून आधार कार्ड 
3. वर यांचे ओळखपत्र म्हणून आधार कार्ड
4. विवाह नोंदणी करत असल्याचा दाखला
5. उत्पन्नाचा दाखला
6. वधू व हे महाराष्ट्राचे रहिवासी असल्याच पुरावा
7. अर्जदार वधू जर विधवा असेल तर पतीचा मृत्यूचे प्रमाणपत्र
8. बँक डिटेल्स म्हणजेच बँकेचे नाव शाखेचे नाव आणि आय एफ एस सी कोड

• कन्यादान अनुदान योजनेचा लाभ उठावण्यास इच्छुक असलेल्या वधू-वरांनी  सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळ्यामध्ये सहभाग नोंदविणे आवश्यक आहे.
• सामुदायिक विवाह सोहळ्याच्या संस्थेमार्फत या योजनेच्या अनुदाना साठी महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या समाज कल्याण विभागाकडे अर्ज पाठवला जाईल.
• अर्ज मिळाल्यानंतर आणि विवाह संपन्न झाल्याच्या नंतर कन्यादान अनुदान योजनेअंतर्गत वधूच्या पालकांच्या बँक खात्यामध्ये वीस हजार रुपये जमा होतील.
