या योजनेची सुरुवात २०१८ मध्ये झाली. हा उपक्रम तंत्र शिक्षण विभाग 2018 ते 19 या शैक्षणिक वर्षापासून अवलंबिला गेला आहे. विद्यार्थी ज्या शिक्षणासाठी घेतले आहेत त्या शिक्षणाला उच्च विश्वास आणि सेवा प्रदाता टाइम्स हायर एजेशन (THE) किंवा क्वाक्वेरेली सायमंड्स (QS) या शिक्षण नियमानुसार मान्यता दिली पाहिजे.

2. ही योजना कोणत्याही विशिष्ट जातीतील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी नाही आहे. परंतु कोणत्याही विशिष्ट जातीतील विद्यार्थी जर अनारक्षित प्रवर्गामध्ये अर्ज करून खुल्या प्रवर्गासाठी असलेल्या या योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यास इच्छुक असेल तर तो तसे करू शकतो. 
3. विद्यार्थी ज्या शैक्षणिक संस्थेमध्ये शिक्षण घेत आहे त्या शैक्षणिक संस्थेला जागतिक उच्च शिक्षण विश्लेषक आणि सेवा प्रदाता असलेल्या टाइम्स हायर एज्युकेशन (THE) किंवा क्वाक्वेरेली सायमंड्स (QS) यासारख्या संस्थेंमार्फत मान्यता दिली गेलेली पाहिजे. 
4. ज्या शैक्षणिक संस्थेमध्ये विद्यार्थी ऍडमिशन घेण्याची चूक आहे त्या संस्थेमार्फत बिन शर्त ऑफर लेटर विद्यार्थ्याला मिळणे गरजेचे आहे.

Who will be eligible for the scheme?

1. Candidate’s family must be citizens of India and residents of Maharashtra.
2. This scheme is not for any particular caste students. But if a student belonging to any particular caste is willing to avail this scheme for open category by applying in unreserved category, he can do so.
3. The educational institution in which the student is studying must be accredited by organizations such as Times Higher Education (THE) or Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), a global higher education analyst and service provider.
4. It is necessary for the student to get an unconditional offer letter from the institution in which the student is admitted.
5. The total income of the student’s family should not exceed eight lakhs.

• विद्यापीठाने जे नमूद केले ले शिक्षण आहे त्याचे संपुर्ण फी पूर्णपणे महाराष्ट्र सरकारमार्फत भरली जाणार आहे.
• विद्यार्थ्यांनी काढलेल्या आरोग्य विम्याची संपूर्ण रक्कम महाराष्ट्र सरकार भरेल.
• संपूर्ण शैक्षणिक कालादरम्यान निर्वाह साठी लागणारा पत्ता महाराष्ट्र सरकारमार्फत दिला जाईल. हा भत्ता सरकारने निर्धारित केलेल्या दरानुसारच दिला जाईल.
• विद्यार्थी हा एक वेळेसाठी विमान सहलीचा मोफत फायदा घेऊ शकतो. (इकॉनोमी क्लास)

 

What are the benefits of this scheme?

• The entire fee of the University which is mentioned as le education will be fully paid by the Government of Maharashtra.
• Maharashtra Government will pay the full amount of health insurance taken by the students.
• The address required for subsistence during the entire academic period will be provided by the Government of Maharashtra. This allowance will be given as per the rate prescribed by the government.
• A student can avail free air travel for one time. (Economy Class)
