well subsidy yojana – शेतीसाठी लागणारे एक अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे साधन विहीर आहे. शेतकऱ्यांवरती अवकाळी पावसामुळे होणारा तोटा तसेच बाजारभावामध्ये होणार चढ उतार यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांच्या होणाऱ्या हाल कमी करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र सरकारने मागेल त्याला विहीर या योजनेची स्थापना केली आहे. शेतकऱ्याला भाजीपाला पिके याच्यासाठी पावसावर अवलंबून राहायला लागू नये तसेच त्याला पाण्याची तात्काळ सोय व्हावी म्हणून त्याच्या शेतात स्वतःची विहीर बसवता यावी हा या योजनेचा मूळ उद्देश आहे.

well subsidy yojana – काय आहे ही योजना?

 

1. कृषी विभागाअंतर्गत रोजगार हमी योजनेमार्फत आता शेतकऱ्यांसाठी मागेल त्याला विहीर ही योजना राबविण्यात आलेली आहे.
2. या योजनेच्या द्वारे पंचायत समिती व प्रशासनाला प्रस्ताव सादर करावा लागेल.
3. प्रस्ताव सादर केल्यानंतर त्या प्रस्तावास मंजुरी मिळते ती मंजुरी दोन ते चार टप्प्यात मिळते.
4.  अर्जदाराच्या विहिरीचे कामकाज पाहून त्यानुसार त्याला चार लाख रुपयांपर्यंत रक्कम अनुदान स्वरूपात मिळते.

 

What is this plan?

काय आहे या योजनेचे स्वरूप? –  well subsidy yojana

 

• महाराष्ट्र शासन अंतर्गत या योजनेसाठी 100% अनुदान मिळत आहे.
• बागायती शेतीमध्ये शेतकरी शेती करत होताच परंतु आता कोरडवाहू जागेत सुद्धा शेती करू शकणार आहे.
• या अगोदर या योजनेसाठी दीडशे मीटरची अट होती.
• या योजनेअंतर्गत मिळणारे अनुदान हे सुरुवातीला 99 हजार  रुपये इतके तर नंतर वाढून दोन लाख रुपये पर्यंत झाले होते. 
• सद्यस्थितीला या योजनेअंतर्गत चार लाख रुपये शेतकऱ्यास मिळत आहेत.
• याशिवाय विहीर सोबतच शेतकऱ्यास पाणी उपसण्यासाठी सोलर पंप ही सरकारकडून देण्यात येणार आहे.
• ही योजना प्रत्येक शेतकऱ्यासाठी आहे.

2. बँक डिटेल्स म्हणजेच बँकेचे नाव, शाखेचे नाव आणि आय एफ एस सी कोड

4. अर्जाचा नमुना
5. अर्जदार महाराष्ट्राचा रहिवासी असल्याचा पुरावा
6. शेतकऱ्याच्या नावाचा सातबारा
7. जॉब कार्ड
8. शेतीचा नकाशा

• मागेल त्याला विहीर अंतर्गत तुम्ही ऑफलाइन आणि ऑनलाईन या दोन्ही प्रकारे अर्ज करू शकता.
• ऑफलाइन पद्धतीने अर्ज करण्यासाठी आपल्या जवळच्या आपले सरकार केंद्रात जावे.
• किंवा तुमच्या जवळ असलेल्या ग्रामपंचायत मधील ग्रामसभेच्या दिवशी आपले सर्व कागदपत्रे घेऊन तिथे जाऊन अर्ज करू शकता.
• याशिवाय इजीएस हॉर्टिकल्चर नावाचे महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सुरू केलेले ॲप वापरून देखील तुम्ही यासाठी अर्ज करू शकता.  
• सर्वात प्रथम गुगल प्ले स्टोअर वरती जाऊन हे ॲप सर्च करा आणि ते डाऊनलोड करा.
• ॲप डाऊनलोड केल्यानंतर ते ओपन करून लाभार्थी लॉगिन  हा पर्याय निवडावा.
• त्यानंतर विहीर अर्ज  हा पर्याय निवडावा.
• यानंतर आपले नाव मोबाईल नंबर ईमेल आयडी सातबारा आणि जॉब कार्ड या विषयाची सर्व माहिती भरावी.
• या ॲपवरून रजिस्ट्रेशन करण्यासाठी तुम्हाला सातबारा आणि आठ याची एक पीडीएफ तसेच जॉब कार्ड चा फोटो अपलोड करावा लागेल.
• सर्व माहिती व्यवस्थित भरल्यानंतर सबमिट बटनावर क्लिक करावे.
• आता तुमचा अर्ज सबमिट झालेला आहे.
• जिल्हा परिषद प्रशासनाद्वारे तुम्हाला मंजुरी मिळेल त्यानंतरच अर्जदारास या योजनेचा लाभ दिला जाईल.

• Or you can go there and apply on the gram sabha day in your nearest gram panchayat with all your documents
• Apart from this you can also apply for this using an app launched by the Maharashtra government called EGS Horticulture
• First of all go to google play store and search for this app and download it.
• After downloading the app, open it and select the beneficiary login option.
• Then select the Well Application option
• After this fill all the information about your name mobile number email id satbara and job card.
• To register through this app, you have to upload a PDF of Seventeen and Eight along with a photo of the job card
• After filling all the information properly, click on the submit button.
• Now your application is submitted.
• The benefit of this scheme will be given to the applicant only after you get approval from the Zilla Parishad administration.
