satbara update – महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकारने दोन दिवसापूर्वी नुकताच मोठा निर्णय घेतलेला आहे. त्यानुसार भूमी अभिलेख विभागाअंतर्गत सात बाराच्या वरती अर्जदाराच्या नावापुढे त्याच्या आईचे नाव आहे जोडण्यात येणार आहे. हा नियम 1 मे 2024 नंतर जन्माला आलेल्या प्रत्येक मुलासाठी बंधनकारक आहे. तर एक मे 2024 च्या अगोदर जन्मास आलेल्या मुलांसाठी हे स्व ऐच्छिक राहील. 

 

अर्जदाराच्या नावापुढे त्याच्या आईचे नाव – satbara update

 

1. हे काम राज्य सरकारच्या महिला व बालकल्याण विभागाने केलेले आहे.
2. त्यामुळे एक मे 2024 नंतर जन्माला आलेल्या मुलास त्याने जमीन फ्लॅट किंवा कोणतीही मोठी प्रॉपर्टी खरेदी केल्यास त्यावरती त्याच्या नावासह आईच्या नावाचा उल्लेख करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
3. पुढील प्रक्रियेसाठी भूमी विभाभिलेख यांना काही कामे नेमून दिलेले आहेत त्यावर प्रक्रिया सुरू आहे.
4. आईचे नाव टाकण्याची सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्याचे काम आता भूमी महा अभिलेख विभाग यांना वाढले आहे नाव टाकण्यासाठी तसा रकाना तयार करण्याच्या आदेश त्यांना देण्यात आलेले आहे.
5. यासाठी सदर महिला ही आपलीच आई असल्याचा पुरावा ही द्यावा लागणार आहे. 

 

1. This work has been done by the Women and Child Welfare Department of the State Government.
2. So if a child born after May 1, 2024 buys a land flat or any big property, it is mandatory to mention his mother’s name along with his name.
3. Some works have been assigned to Bhumi Vibhabhilek for further processing and the process is in progress.
4. The task of providing the facility of entering the mother’s name has now been extended to the Bhoomi Maha Archives Department and they have been ordered to prepare such a form for entering the name.
5. For this, the proof that the said woman is his own mother has to be given.

 

हे पुरावे लागतील (satbara update)

 

• एक मे 2024 अगोदर जन्म झालेल्या व्यक्तींना ही नावात फेरफार करता येणार आहे.
• परंतु त्याकरता  आपलीच आई असल्याचा पुरावा सादर करावा लागेल. 
• त्यानंतर संबंधित व्यक्तीच्या नावापुढे आईचे नाव लावले जाईल परंतु त्यातपूर्वी त्याला तलाठी कडून या गोष्टीची शहानिशा केली जाईल आणि त्यानंतरच नावाची नोंदणी केली जाईल. 

This will require evidence.

• Persons born before May 1, 2024 will be able to change their name but will have to submit proof that they are their own mother.
• After that the mother’s name will be added to the name of the concerned person but before that he will be verified by him and only then the name will be registered.
