Free higher education for girls – महाराष्ट्र राज्यामधील मुलींना आता शिक्षणाकरिता चिंता करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही. नुकतेच दहावी आणि बारावी दोन्ही वर्गाच्या निकाल लागलेले आहेत. त्यानंतर आता पुढील शिक्षणाकरिता प्रवेश घेण्याची लगबग सुरू असताना आपले उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी मुलींकरिता शिक्षण मोफत करण्याची घोषणा केलेली आहे. यासंदर्भात ऑफिशिअली 27 जून 2024 तारखेला जीआर काढण्याचे त्यांनी आदेश दिलेले आहेत.

यासंदर्भात निर्णय जरी उशिरा आलेला असून अजून जीआर येणे बाकी जरी असले तरीही सदर योजना मोफत शिक्षण हे चालू वर्षाकरिता लागू असेल असेही त्यांनी म्हटले.
या संदर्भातली घोषणा त्यांनी 9 फेब्रुवारी 2024 रोजी चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी जळगाव मध्ये घेतलेल्या एका सभेमध्ये याची घोषणा केली होती.
परंतु शैक्षणिक वर्ष चालू होण्याअगोदर या संदर्भात जीआर काढने अपेक्षित असताना लोकसभा निवडणूक तोंडावर आल्यामुळे आचारसंहिता लागू झाली आणि या संदर्भात योजनेचे काम हे पुढे ढकलले गेले होते.
He also said that even though the decision in this regard has come late and the GR is yet to come, the said free education will be applicable for the current year. He announced this in a meeting held by Chandrakant Patil in Jalgaon on February 9, 2024. But when the GR was expected to be issued in this regard before the commencement of the academic year, as the Lok Sabha elections were approaching, the code of conduct came into force and the work of the scheme was postponed in this regard.
यांनाच मिळणार लाभ? (Free higher education for girls)
- खाजगी महाविद्यालय आणि उच्च महाविद्यालयामध्ये शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या मुलींना या योजनेचा लाभ होणार आहे.
- सर्व क्षेत्रातील डिप्लोमा, डिग्री आणि ग्रॅज्युएशन करिता लागू असेल.
- अभ्यासात प्रचंड हुशार असणाऱ्या परंतु आई-वडिलांची परिस्थिती नसल्यामुळे शिक्षण घेऊ न शकणाऱ्या सर्व मुलींकरिता.
- महाविद्यालयात भरलेले १००% शुल्क तुम्हाला परत मिळणार आहे.
- मुलीच्या वडिलांचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न आठ लाखाहून कमी असणे आवश्यक आहे.

- Applicable for Diploma Degree and Graduation in all fields.
- For all the girls who are brilliant in studies but unable to study due to lack of parents’ circumstances.
- You will get 100% refund of fees paid to the college.
- The annual income of the girl’s father must be less than eight lakhs.

Free higher education for girls – अशी झाली अंमलबजावणी
- निवडणूक तोंडावर आलेली असताना हे पाहून जरी सध्याचे मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी घोषणा केलेली असली तरी विद्यार्थ्यांचे शैक्षणिक वर्ष चालू होऊन त्यांना कोणताही लाभ मिळत नव्हता.
- म्हणून अनेक पालकांनी शिक्षण संस्थेत विचारले असता शिक्षण संस्थेने वरून तसा कोणताही आदेश किंवा जीआर आला असल्याचे सांगितले.
- दिलेल्या आश्वासनाप्रमाणे आम्हाला त्याचा लाभ मिळावा अशी विद्यार्थी आणि त्यांच्या पालकांकडून मागणी होत असताना शरद पवार गट (राष्ट्रवादी) आणि मवीआकडून (महा विकास आघाडी) सरकारच्या विरोधामध्ये या विद्यार्थी आणि पालकांना सोबत घेऊन अनेक आंदोलने करण्यात आली.
- संपूर्ण राज्यमध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांना दिलेले आश्वासनाप्रमाणे मोफत शिक्षण देण्याची अंमलबजावणी करण्यात यावी आणि या योजनेचा लाभ विद्यार्थ्यांना मिळावा म्हणून अंदलने झाली.
- यावरती चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी लोकसभा निवडणुकीच्या दरम्यान आचारसंहिता लागू झाल्याने काम थांबले होते हे कारण पुढे देत आता लवकरच हे काम हाती घेतले असून याचा जीआर 27 तारखेला काढणार असल्याचे सांगितले.

There was a movement to implement the promised free education to the students across the state and ensure that the students get the benefit of this scheme. On this, Chandrakant Patil gave the reason that the work was stopped due to the implementation of the code of conduct during the Lok Sabha elections and said that he has taken up the work soon and said that the GR will be issued on 27th.
